Refund policy

All products are 100% refundable if an RMA is processed within 3 business days after delivery. No refunds are available after such time period. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The customer must provide proof of shipment back to 3D Infotech and items must be received, inspected, and approved for refunds. If items are not in original working condition, a 25% re-stocking charge will apply.
